All sales are final upon shipping the order. If you wish to cancel your order you must request to do so before the item has been shipped, in order to receive your full refund. Refunds are only given if there is a defect and/ or item is broken during the shipping, photographic evidence must be provided that the packaging and painting was damaged during shipping.
In the event of a change of heart situation, you have 30 days to return the painting for a full refund. The painting must be in original condition with no damage, the painting must be packaged as it was upon arrival to best protect it. All return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer who is returning the painting and extra insurance cover is to be purchased with the return postage. The covert shall be for the purchased amount in AUD.
Once the painting has been successfully returned and cleared for any damages, a receipt of the refund will be issued and may take anywhere from 1-7 days to process, although confirmation email will be sent immediately.
