It is very likely we will ship your order within 1 business day, however due to some paintings being located at Art Galleries it can take up to 3 business days to package up and send. If there are any delays, we will be sure to notify you!
Australian Domestic Deliveries
When the painting is located in Adelaide, we use APD (Adelaide Postal Delivery) to get your order safely delivered to your Australian Address. Deliveries usually take 2-3 business days to arrive from once the order has been dispatched.
A tracking number will be issued upon dispatch and there will always be a signature to be required at time of delivery.
If the painting your have ordered is currently on display at an Art Gallery, it may sometimes take an extra 1-2 business days to process and dispatch, once dispatched it will take 2-3 business days to arrive.
All international deliveries will be sent through Australia Post, the service used will be economy tracked post which can take up 6-7 business days to arrive in your country. A tracking number will be issued upon dispatch of your order.
When the order arrives into your country, the package will be handed over to your local courier, the original tracking number will still be used to track all the way to your front door. A signature will be required on delivery.
All of our paintings are safely secured and packaged in large protective packaging.
Insurance cover comes with all paintings sent with domestic and international deliveries. The value of the painting will be covered, this will be determined by the purchase value in AUD.
All sales are final upon shipping the order. If you wish to cancel your order you must request to do so before the item has been shipped, in order to receive your full refund. Refunds are only given if there is a defect and/ or item is broken during the shipping, photographic evidence must be provided that the packaging and painting was damaged during shipping.
In the event of a change of heart situation, you have 30 days to return the painting for a full refund. The painting must be in original condition with no damage, the painting must be packaged as it was upon arrival to best protect it. All return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer who is returning the painting and extra insurance cover is to be purchased with the return postage. The covert shall be for the purchased amount in AUD.
Once the painting has been successfully returned and cleared for any damages, a receipt of refund will be issued and may take anywhere from 1-7 days to process, although confirmation email will be sent immediately.
